All purchases made on our website are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or general exchanges under any circumstances once an order is confirmed.

2. Exception – Wrong or Defective Product

An exchange will only be considered in the following cases:

In such cases, only a replacement of the same product will be provided. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other product.

3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

To request an exchange, you must:

• Share a complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened.

Requests without proper proof or submitted after the specified time window may not be accepted.

4. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

5. Items Not Covered Under Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

• Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences.
• Natural variations in fabric, print, or handcrafted products.
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Customized or altered items.

6. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Approved cases will be resolved strictly through replacement of the same product only.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately. We do not guarantee cancellation requests at any stage.
