• All orders are final – no returns, refunds, or general exchanges.
• No cancellations once the order is placed.

Exchange Allowed Only If:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged on delivery
• Manufacturing defect

To Request Exchange:

• Inform within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear images + unedited unboxing video
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags & packaging

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Minor color/design variations
• Natural fabric/print differences
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized/altered products
• No refunds under any condition – only same product replacement (subject to availability).
